Change to Board of Directors

ADIB HOLDINGS LTD held a board meeting on July 20, 2018 to complete the election of new board members. Mr. Hu Wei was added to the board of directors. The senior management team of ADIB Holdings Ltd. :  Chairman Lu Changchun, Executive director Sun Yu, Excutive Director Arun Panchariya.  CFO Hu Wei, Supervisor Sun Feng, and Chief investment and operation officer Zheng Zidan. The new board of directors will strictly abide by the articles of association and carry out the rights of directors on behalf of shareholders.
